Not so long ago, a gang of 50 brides gathered together on Fort Lauderdale beach to grapple for the grand prize of an all-included free wedding–The Battle of the Beach Brides. They ran obstacle courses, dug for diamonds, tossed bouquets, and ate cake faster than everyone else. Michelle Lawson Photography was there to capture it all.
But that story is not really why we’ve gathered here today, folks. At that wild and crazy event we met our latest engaged couple, Jessica and Matthew. And while they didn’t win the awesome grand prize that day, they were won over by our super awesome photography style :) They asked us to do an Engagement Session with them.

These two were so fun to work with. They wanted to steer clear of the traditional and really just capture who they are–quirky, happy, funny, hip, in love. Oh and more, of course, but the pictures will help you get the idea….
