So, a few weeks ago, we started our family vacation in Tallahassee, Fl, visiting our friends, the Blessings.
Where do I even start to describe our friends Tara and Seth?! :) Let’s see: I’d say : They are good, fun, sweet, caring, creative, talented, passionate, determined, witty, wonderful, exceptional people and far away! The “far away” part is the bit we don’t like very much! lol. But on the other hand, we do like it because then we get to visit them in Tallahassee, which is so scenic and beautiful, it makes up for the distance. (It’s really not that far away anyway!) …And everyone needs a good 6 hour drive with 4 kids in the car asking, “Are we there yet?” every 30 minutes! At least every once in a while!! ;)
We met the Blessings about 10 years ago at Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale and we clicked right away! Once babies started popping into the picture, we babysat for each other and went out together almost daily! So, it was sad when they said goodbye and moved from Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee about 7 years ago, But we have always kept in touch and visit each other often!
Good news: They also recently bought and are renovating a beautiful home in what looks like a magical garden on the east side of Tally. :) Love.
