Vizcaya. If I had to name the ten most beautiful places in Miami, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens would be on that list. It might even be at the top. My appreciation grows for the structures, the details, and the history every time I see it.
Going with Jen and Elias there made our hearts increase for it even more. How could it not? Two beautiful people, in love, wandering amongst perfect French gardens and Italian architechture under a blue sky. The crackle of rain danced in the distance all the while, yet never near enough to chase us away. Photos of Vizcaya alone are romantic. Photos of lovers as their eyes meet across a moss-covered marble collonade is positively swoon-worthy.
If I were the swooning type, of course. But that’s beside the point. The real point is, if you love beautiful architechture, serene waterways, cool misty gardens, intriguing statues, or Jen and Elias (like we do!) then there’s something here for you. Take a look!
